Keep It Rollng

Continuing to LOVE sewing and making my business!!! Please check out some of my new outfits! I'm getting really into matching pants with applique onesies/tops and into my A-line jumpers and Jon-Jons. In a few months, I will be moving to having a set list of fabric choices for each season.

My current product line includes: Burpie Clothes- two styles, Bibs, Onesies, Pants, A-line jumpers, Jon-Jons.....

An Initial Attraction--first fruits

Today I filed for my Limited Liability Corporations and got my tax ID. So, I think it's only fair to show y'all a little of my 'mock-ups' and practice pieces. I have already had a few orders and look forward to many more to come. Enjoy!

Fourth of July '09

So, Michael and I took the puppies to Carrollton, GA to meet the Albrights. They went to their first parade, their first boat ride, their first fireworks, and their first doggie door. Sterling and Cooper took it all in stride. They did take a couple days after getting home to adjust to their dog food, since they ate 'grown-up' dog chow out of other bowls all weekend. Here a couple photos of the fun adventures!

One Year Down...

One year down already?!?  I am incredibly spoiled by my wonderful husband.  After convincing him that we needed two instead of one puppy, we were still able to take a wonderful anniversary trip (all four of us) to Charleston, SC.  We saw some of my family and some of his family. Well, I guess they are all 'our' family now.  We went to the beach, the intercoastal waterway, and the pool.  We tour the Nathanial Russell home, the Rhett-Aiken home, Fort Sumter as well as ate out at some fun and some amazing restaurants and rooftop bars.  I enjoyed every moment of my trip, including sleeping in a couple times.  

A full week of time together! 

Meggers Visits

Are puppies allow to celebrate with bubbly?

I feel very blessed that one of my best friends was able to come down South for a visit.  Meg has the summer off from Vet school and wanted to meet our puppies....and spoil them like any good aunt.  So she flew in, went to a wine tasting, First Friday downtown, and then Bark in the Park at the minor league baseball team.  It was so fun to see her and to share our actual anniversary day with her.  After all, she had been the one present for the proposal and then the wedding.  So, it seemed fitting for her to be at the first year anniversary too!

Starting the family

Michael and I have officially started our family... with our two Bassador puppies (Lab-Bassetts).  So our little black lab girl, Sterling and our little chocolate boy, Cooper are the newest members of our family.  Our poopies birthday is 3/3 /09.  And we'll start to post photos as they grow.  We will be going to Charleston next week as a family to celebrate our 1st year wedding anniversary.  We'll be sure to have photos of our puppies in the ocean.  Take care and I'll post soon...
